Returns and Exchanges

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

Our extended Christmas returns policy is valid from 10th October 2025 until 10th December 2025. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 9th January 2026. For purchases made from 11th December 2025, our normal 30 day returns policy applies.

 

Returning an Item for a Refund

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, a full refund will be provided if the products are returned, unused and in their original condition, within 14 working days of the customer receiving them. Return postage and packaging is to be paid by the customer. We will refund payment within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Returning an Item for an Exchange

We will happily exchange your item as long as it is returned in pristine condition and satisfies the criteria for returning an item as outlined in our Returns Policy above.

What happens if there is a difference in price?

If there is any extra charge to pay, we will contact you so that payment can be made over the phone.

If there is a partial refund due then this will be credited back onto the card you used for the original transaction.


Which service should I use to return an item?

We recommend that you return items via an insured and traceable method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us.


My item has arrived damaged/ is different from what I ordered

In the instance that your item has arrived damaged or the wrong item has been sent, please contact us on 01508 549330 or via [email protected]. Please include your order confirmation number and item details when you email us as well as a photograph showing us what you have received. We aim to respond to this email within 3 working days.
